Danni instructs Hatha, Gentle & Restorative Yoga 

Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that focuses on asana (physical poses), pranayama (breath), and meditation to align the body and mind. Classes move at a slow to moderate pace allowing students to find a balance between strength and flexibility, resulting in increased awareness and relaxation.

Gentle yoga classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported, and relaxing practice.

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of 5 to 10 minutes for each position your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body.

Class information~
Virtual ZOOM Hatha Yoga classes being offered Mondays at 5:30 pm and Wednesdays at 9 am for only $10 a class. There are also multiple class discounts ~ 5 classes for $45 and 10 classes for $80.  Contact Danni via email, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., to schedule the day & time you would like or to purchase a package.  I am also offering outdoor yoga on a wooden deck for those that want to get back to yoga with others outside. Weather permitting and space is limited.

  • $75 for a 60-minute session (1 person)
  • $120 for a 60-minute session (2 people)
  • $130 for a 60-minute session (3 people)
  • each additional person after is $15
